Nipa Shah is an innovative professional, specializing in creating operational excellence through business process reengineering activities that lead to reduced operational cost and increased efficiency through technology developments. She has held several highly visible and successful leadership positions as a technology and procurement expert in the automotive industry.
 Using leadership, business enabling business processes through technology, Nipa has been able to reduce operational cost and help realize substantial return on investments (ROI). In addition to managing an annual budget of $20 million dollars, Nipa's strategic and versatile negotiation skills resulted in successfully negotiating over $650 M worth of software contracts with suppliers from across the globe.
